14 days, no questions asked. One email and it is done.

The policy
If you buy drift Pro and it is not what you wanted, you can have your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to prove anything, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
drift is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription running in the background and nothing to cancel — a refund is simply a refund.
How to get one
Email support@driftmac.com from the address you bought with, or with your Paddle receipt or order number attached if you are writing from a different one. That is the entire process. There is no form and no ticket queue.
You can also request it directly through the link on the Paddle receipt emailed to you at purchase.
How long it takes
We approve requests as we see them — usually within a day. Once approved, Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for every purchase of drift Pro, issues the money back to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it, which is outside anyone’s control but the bank’s.
The refund goes back the way it came. We cannot send it somewhere else.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence is no longer valid, and the Pro features stop when drift next checks the key. Everything that is free stays free and working — covering your screens, blocking input, keeping the Mac awake, Touch ID. You are never left without the app.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway. The 14-day window is what we guarantee, not the limit of what we will do: if drift genuinely does not work on your Mac, or something broke and we could not fix it, tell us and we will make it right. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with it.
The free version
drift’s core is free forever and always was. Nothing on this page applies to it — there is nothing to refund, and no card was ever asked for.
Before you charge back
A chargeback costs us the payment, a fee, and standing with our payment provider, and it takes months to resolve for you. Email us instead — the refund is unconditional inside 14 days, so there is nothing a chargeback gets you that an email does not get you faster.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the rights you already have as a consumer under the law where you live. It does not replace them or reduce them. Because drift Pro is delivered instantly, you may have been asked to acknowledge that your statutory cancellation period starts at once; this 14-day promise is deliberately more generous than what that leaves you.
